Matthew Harding

Environmental Elements Director/Principal Consultant

Matthew has over 25 years’ experience in environmental and approvals disciplines, with 20 years in the mining sector across the iron ore, uranium and mineral sands sectors.

Having worked in multiple jurisdictions in Australia and overseas, Matthew is a specialist in bringing operational experience to impact assessment and obtaining regulatory approvals.

Matthew is increasingly interested in social impact and communication of impact assessment issues and worked extensively with First Nations peoples.

Matthew is based on Kaurna land in Adelaide, where he was born and raised his family.

Henry Harding

Senior Consultant

Henry has over 14 years’ experience across carbon, water and environmental markets, specialising in nature-based projects, environmental compliance and market transactions.

With a background in finance, economics and trade, Henry brings a strong commercial perspective to carbon and natural capital projects. His experience spans carbon and water market advisory, ACCU Scheme compliance, investor due diligence, project delivery and Scope 3 emissions accounting.

Henry has supported audits and due diligence across a range of ACCU methodologies and has provided project key support for Australia’s first fully Indigenous-owned HIR project.

Henry is particularly interested in using nature markets to drive environmental and social outcomes, support First Nations self-determination and strengthen regional communities.

Henry lives and works on Wurundjeri Country.
